Parents of Reddit describe the creepiest thing their kid has ever come out with that has given them

Let me start this off by saying I don’t have kids. My coworker at an old job invited me over for dinner one night. I went over, they had a little girl who was like 4 or 5 at the time. So we have dinner, she goes to bed, we’re all sitting around talking about business, having a few cocktails, whatever. It’s like 11 oclock, and the little girl comes down the stairs, half awake and says “mommy the no-no man is here.” And she’s just staring right through her dad. Like you can tell, it’s not directly at him, it’s through him. And all of a sudden we hear this bang, and the window right behind him, had slammed shut. It wasn’t a traditional window, it was one of those ones that you crank the arm to prop it open. Left the whiskey, got in the car and hauled ass the fuck outta there. Few months later, another coworker was arrested for aggravated assault and stalking in relation to the family. But I know for a fact we looked at the window, like we looked outside, no one was there. Got super spooked out by that one.

It wasnt something he came out with. But about a year ago, my then 2.5 year old son and i were playing. Sitting on the bed, laughing, him facing me. All of a sudden he looked behind me and his smile fades to a look of horror, like he was about to cry but couldnt move or make a sound. I whipped around ready to fight and there was nothing there. I looked back at him and asked him what he was looking at, and he just ignored me and started playing again

When my youngest daughter was 4 we were watching TV and something about aliens came on and there was a drawing of a Grey. She looked at the screen and announced “He looks like the man who sees me in the night”.

r/TMZombies Not a parent, but I was babysitting this kid across the street about a year ago. It was about 10 pm. The kid was in bed and was watching some TV show when saw something out of the corner of my eye. I looked and it was the kid just kinda staring at me. I asked if he was ok and all he said was –

“The shadow man won’t leave us alone.” Needless to say damn near shat bricks

My 3 year old daughter having a conversation with the ghost of my recently deceased dad. Why I told my mum about it, she told me did the same when was 3 and my gran died.

Stayed with a family member for a few months while we were moving houses. My daughter was a little under two, and would always look at this one spot on the stairs that you could see from the living room (the stairs would go one direction, had a landing and go in another direction at a 90 degree angle). She would watch it and smile, or point at it. Anywhere picked her up, she would be fixated on this one spot. My family member mentioned one day it was the favorite napping place of her beloved cat that died happily and peacefully of old age.
